🚚 When will your order be shipped?
Orders are almost always shipped on the same day if placed by 11:00 AM, otherwise by the next business day.
As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

🏦 Payment by bank transfer
Orders with payment by bank transfer are kept pending for 5 business days from the order date.
After this period, in the absence of payment or a response, the order may be cancelled and the goods made available again.
