Akasha II

Technical and aesthetic redesign of Akasha, the shoe from the La Sportiva Mountain Running® collection dedicated to endurance competitions, perfect for long-distance routes, UltraMarathons, Ultra-Trails, and for extended training use. The comfortable fit is provided by the cushioning, thanks to the Cushion Platform™ footbed insert and ample internal volumes, as well as the soft, breathable, and enveloping slip-on upper construction that prevents compression points during running. The Dynamic ProTechTion™ active front reinforcements provide protection and structure, following the foot's movement dynamically and without constriction. The grippy, bi-compound FriXion® Red sole features the exclusive Trail Rocker™ solution, which promotes the natural "external heel – internal toe" movement of the foot while running. Laces and Ortholite® Hybrid footbed are also made from recycled materials. Akasha II: the ultra-runner's code expressed through protection, comfort, and cushioning.
